• Vendor Set Up 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Droubay Chevrolet
• Tech Inspection 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (free hot/polish dogs and burgers being served) at Droubay Chevrolet
• Incline Ramp Contest 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (trophy awarded, point event) at Droubay Chevrolet
• Off Road Show & Shine 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (trophy awarded, point event) at Droubay Chevrolet
• Vendor Set Up at Delta Proving Grounds (Event Site) 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM
• Judges Class 7:00 PM at Event Site

Friday, May 11 at Delta Proving Grounds

• Vendor Set Up 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• Late Tech Inspection 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• Judges Class 9:00 AM at Event Site
• Drivers Meeting 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM
• National Anthem 10:50 AM
• Rock Crawling Start 11:00 AM Till Completion (trophy awarded, point event)
• Land Use Charity Raffle Ticket Sales Open 11:00 AM

Saturday, May 12 at Delta Proving Grounds

• Late Vendor Set Up 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• National Anthem 10:50 AM
• Rock Crawling Start 11:00 AM Till Completion (trophy awarded, point event)
• Land Use Charity Raffle Ticket Sales Open 11:00 AM
• Rock Cross Short Course (immediately following rock crawling, trophy awarded, point event)
• Land Use Charity Raffle Prizes Give-A-Way (immediately following Rock Cross)
• Award Ceremony (immediately following the Raffle Give-A-Way at event site)

Note: An overall event winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and will be based on total points earned from each event (trophy awarded). See rock crawl rules for tie breaker.

Ramp- 1st = 20 points
Show- 1st = 20 points
Rock Race- 1st = 20 p0ints
Rock Crawling- 1st = 80 points, 2nd = 40 points, 3rd = 20 points
